Job Summary: The Product & Technical Manager serves as the bridge between supplier product knowledge and the sales team, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic product information is transferred across the organization. This role is responsible for guiding customer needs toward the correct product solutions, facilitating product training and rollouts, maintaining up-to-date product records and documentation, and providing technical sales support, including on-site visits when required. *This position is local to the Greater Salt Lake City, UT area. Relocation assistance is not available at this time. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge & Supplier Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for supplier product information and updates. Translate technical product details into actionable insights for the sales team. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to stay informed on product changes, innovations, and availability. Sales Enablement Equip the sales team with accurate product knowledge, positioning, and use cases.
