Full job description MM Home Improvement Center - Fountain Valley, CA We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who can also assist with in-store sales when needed.This position supports customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and basic sales support.Main Job Duties Answer customer emails for technical support (range hoods, appliances, installation questions) Assist customers by phone with troubleshooting and product information Provide guidance for installation, parts replacement, and warranty process Respond to website messages and online order questions Work with warehouse team to prepare parts or replacement shipments Update support notes, follow up with customers, and keep records organized Help showroom customers choose products when front desk is busy Light sales support:explaining features, helping price check, and creating simple invoices Keep support & sales area clean and organized Requirements Basic understanding of range hoods and appliances (training provided) Good email writing skills & clear communication Patient, friendly, and professional customer service attitude Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions Basic computer skills (email, typing, QuickBooks helpful) Comfortable talking to customers in-store Bilingual Spanish is a plus Must be able to multitask Location MM Home Improvement Center16142 Harbor Blvd, Fountain Valley, CA Tel:657-345-9502 Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $17.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Education:Associate (Preferred) Language:English (Required) Work Location:In person.
