Buff City Soap is looking for outgoing candidates to join our team! Our ideal candidate is high energy, out-going, and guest service centered.We handcraft each bar of soap in what we call our Soap Makery daily.We're on a mission to create handmade products that are free of harsh ingredients and full of nourishing plant-based goodies to make your skin happy.Primary Responsibilities:Basic Computer skills and POS knowledge.Provide excellent guest service by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.Become an expert in the products that are made at the store and be able to make recommendations.Ability to help drive sales through service.Greeting guests (whether new or returning) every time they visit the store.Ability to multi-task with making products and greeting/assisting guests as they shop and purchase.Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced environment, while upholding all company policies, procedures, and core values.Growing the community's knowledge and awareness of the Buff City Soap brand.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen to the guests.Must be 18 yrs or older Experience:sales:1 year (Preferred) Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Location:Fort Myers,Florida Work authorization:United States (Required) Additional Compensation:Employee Discounts Flexible Scheduling Employment Growth Opportunities Work Location:One location Hours per week:20-29 30-39 Paid Training:Yes Management:Store Manager This Company Describes Its Culture as:Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Innovative -- innovative and risk-taking People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Schedule:8-10 hour shifts (shorter shifts avail.)
