YOU'LL TACKLE: Using manual tools, machinery, and specialized hands-on methods to assemble heating element components Following blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions Soldering products and performing thorough quality inspections Completing accurate, timely work to meet daily production goals Assisting in other manufacturing areas as needed BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS? Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferred. What matters most is that you have: Ability to show up to work on time High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation If you check these boxes and have a strong work ethic, we can train you on the rest!
