Manufacturing Assistant U.S. Belt – Scottsdale, AZ Full-Time | On-site Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Job U.S. Belt is a high-end American accessory brand specializing in belts, socks, and eyewear. All of our belts are designed and manufactured in-house in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are hiring a Manufacturing Assistant to support daily production in our studio. This is a hands-on, physically active role , ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative production environment. Responsibilities Support daily production workflow and organization Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, including: Material preparation and cutting, Sewing and finishing (loops, buckles, straps), Edge painting, gluing, and packaging Assist with ordering, tracking, and organizing leather, hardware, and raw materials Maintain clean, organized workstations and accurate production records Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders and delivery timelines Assist with quality control to ensure products meet brand standards Physical Requirements (Important) This is a physically active, production-floor role Requires standing, moving, bending, and lifting throughout the day Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs , with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working with leather, tools, and production equipment Qualifications Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Enjoys hands-on craftsmanship and structured work Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Clear, professional communication skills Basic computer skills (Excel, Word); willing to learn internal systems High school diploma required Workplace Requirements Drug-free workplace Pre-employment drug screening required Random testing may occur Must adhere to company appearance and grooming standards (no facial piercings or tattoos) Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay during initial 90 days of training Possible pay increase with review after 90 days Weekly pay Health insurance and full benefits after 60 days Clean, organized, and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth in production, operations, or design support Pride in working for a company that manufactures locally in Arizona How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for U.S. Belt .
