Sinless Scoops is a fast-growing premium ice cream brand focused on building better-for-you ice cream without sacrificing taste.We are not a typical small shop.We are building a real production operation with high standards, clear systems, and a team that takes pride in doing things right.We are looking for reliable, hard-working production team members who can help us make, package, label, organize, and prepare product for retail, wholesale, and distribution.What You'll Do Assist with daily ice cream production and packaging Fill, label, seal, and prepare pints and cups for sale Help stage ingredients and materials for production runs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area Follow food safety, sanitation, and SOP standards at all times Assist with inventory organization, freezer organization, and product rotation Support production prep including inclusions, ingredients, containers, and packaging materials Help load, move, and store product safely in freezers and storage areas Work efficiently as part of a team in a cold, fast-paced production environment What We Need Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and work with consistency Able to stand for long periods and work on your feet Able to lift 40-50 pounds consistently Comfortable working in a cold environment and moving between prep, production, and freezer areas Able to maintain speed without sacrificing quality Attention to detail with labeling, packaging, cleanliness, and product standards Food service, manufacturing, kitchen, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required Must take pride in being dependable and doing the job right the first time What Makes Someone a Good Fit Shows up on time Works hard without needing constant supervision Takes standards seriously Handles repetitive work with consistency Can move with urgency and stay organized Wants to be part of a company that is growing and building something real Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Some weekend or flexible hours may be needed during larger production runs Why Work With Us Opportunity to grow with an expanding brand Fast-paced team environment Clear expectations and hands-on work Real chance for advancement as production grows Benefits may include:Employee discount Flexible scheduling Advancement opportunities How to ApplyApply through Indeed and include a short note about your work background, availability, and why you would be a good fit for a production role.Sinless Scoops is looking for people who are dependable, coachable, and ready to work.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Gym membership Work Location:In person.
