If you are adaptable, organized and self motivated, this role is for you! This role is full time, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.Essential Traits, Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a professional, reliable, and positive team-oriented presence Demonstrate and continuously develop strong communication skills Adapt to varying tasks across departments on a daily or hourly basis Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Perform hands-on, repetitive, and physical work Work comfortably in a commercial kitchen environment Follow instructions accurately Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills independently Organize, weigh materials and record data with precision Safely load and unload large or heavy items Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Previous industrial cooking experience required Candy making or basic lab/science experience preferred Personal vehicle to travel between work locations (Portland, OR 97218 & 97214) Able to stand for hours at a time and generally be able to perform physically demanding tasks Able to bend, crouch, squat and properly lift 60lbs Must be able to pass the required food safety certification test Must be able to pass a background check We are a small company with an amazing group of dedicated and highly motivated team players.As a member of our production team, you'll learn from the ground up and gain valuable experiences across multiple departments, working closely with a diverse team of individuals who are passionate about expanding.We pride ourselves on the positive company culture we've created.We believe that morale and employee satisfaction is everything!
