If so, this is the job for you.Fredericksburg Farms is looking for energetic individuals who have a passion to deliver excellent quality products and enjoy working in a family atmosphere.Production Assistant job duties include but are not limited to the following tasks: Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to read and understand procedures, have reliable transportation and great attendance. Quality control and attention to detail are critical in this job and carelessness will not be tolerated.DUTIES Handcrafting air freshies, candles, wax melts, soap, lotion & seasoning mixes. Help organize, clean and maintain the facility. Assist with pulling items from inventory for manufacture.QUALIFICATIONS Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contribute to a positive team/family spirit. Be able to work as an individual or in a team setting. The ability to quickly learn new skills effectively while working under pressure. Proven ability to stay on task while managing interruptions. Consistently demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, a high degree of organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to self-motivate while monitoring your assigned work area for safety, quality and, productivity to ensure your manufacturing goals are met. Work in hot and cold temperatures and around strong fragrances. Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.and stand long periods of the day.
