Production Associate

About Us Brü is a health and wellness platform for dogs, launching with a first-of-its-kind functional chew made from bone broth. As we scale, production is at the core of our ability to deliver a high-quality, consistent product at speed. We’ve built the brand from the ground up for modern distribution, which means operations must be agile, responsive, and built for growth. We’re a small, high-performance team with deep experience in DTC and consumables, and we’re looking for Production Associates to take our production output to the next level. All training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: The Production Associate is responsible for making our products in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Core duties include: Maintaining a clean, food-safe production environment Apply attention to detail while precisely following recipes. Requires measuring & combining ingredients for a range of batch sizes Working with hot liquids over gas burners Operating simple machinery Testing & assessing products through the curing process Elevating & reporting issues to the leadership team There are several roles within the team and we often rotate duties While in the production area, we require hairnets. Certain tasks require nitrile or hot gloves to be worn Open schedules are M-F, 3pm-11pm or M-F, 11pm to 7am Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we’ll look for these attributes: Educational Background : High school or equivalent. Basic math skills are needed for recipe calculations. Experience : 1 or more years of production/ kitchen experience. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on role in a production environment. You’ll be on your feet for 8 hours, moving around, and occasionally lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. If you’re someone who likes being active and in the mix, this could be a good fit.
