JOB DESCRIPTION Summary:The purpose of this position is to ensure each product is completed with precision and accuracy in one's department, enabling a smooth transition to the next stage of the manufacturing process.By maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail, our Production Associate plays a critical part in keeping production flowing efficiently throughout the facility.Finishing Department Stain and paint doors and cabinets to meet quality and aesthetic standards.Apply putty, sand surfaces, and perform specialty finishing work.Meet production deadlines by working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment while handling tools and equipment.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.Paint mixing is a plus JOB REQUIREMENTS:Educational and/or Experience:Minimum Level Required:High school diploma or equivalency with related experience.Preferred:Technical degree or formal training in Cabinet Making, Woodworking, or Construction disciplines.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proven ability to operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely, efficiently, and with precision.Proficiency in reading and interpreting tape measures and production specifications, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship, producing work that meets high standards.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, supporting consistency across production processes.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors across departments.Adaptability and flexibility to work in multiple departments as production needs evolve.Familiarity with finishing techniques such as staining, painting, and sanding is highly valued.Valid driver's license required depending on departmental assignment.Mastercraft Industries is an equal opportunity employer Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Ability to Relocate:Rice Lake, WI 54868:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
