Job Description
We are seeking a Production/Printing Associate to become part of our team! This job is expected to have hours between part time and full time Monday through Friday with at least 4hours of work each day.We are a small team and looking for someone to produce small custom printed products for our customers and process outgoing shipments of online orders.Your primary responsibilities will be using heat presses to transfer digital images onto blank sublimatable products.Primary Responsibilities:Heat pressing custom products Assembling custom products Checking for print quality Secondary Responsibilities:Running printers Packing and shipping orders General cleaning, sweeping, dusting & dismantling boxes Perform other duties as assigned Work Hours:Business Hours:9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday Flexible hours, but daily work of 4hours generally expected Extended hours (Saturday) possible during Holiday Season Minimum Qualifications:Reliable, Eye for Detail, Work Independently Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule, including the commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability.Ability to be flexible within the daily schedule to meet the printing needs of production volume, which will vary day to day.Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, facilitate communication between production personnel while work is in process.Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors.Ability to maintain an orderly workflow and prioritize assignments.Demonstrate proficiency with computer and PC based programs Ideal Qualifications:Experience in Sublimation Printing Experience working in Print-On-Demand industry Experience in Order Processing Work Conditions / Physical Requirements:Climate-Controlled Indoor Environment Job Primarily Performed Standing Benefits:Employee Discount Flexible Hours Paid Time Off Notes:Some of our items are small, and may require ability to work with small delicate objects The work area may be hot because of the heat presses No forklift operation required No pallet preparation (products are shipped directly to customers in boxes) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Schedule:Day shift Monday to Friday No nights People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):What interests you in this job?
