This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. Associates will assist with moving and stacking product while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with overtime as needed $18.00-$19.00hr Key Responsibilities: Repetitively lift up to 54 lbs throughout the shift Transfer filled buckets from the pump area to pallets Stack buckets of coating three high on pallets Repeat the process until pallets are full and ready for shipment Prepare completed pallets to be moved to the shipping area Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with other general production duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to repetitively lift up to 54 lbs required Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding role Strong attention to safety and teamwork Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment About Star Staffing: A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Fairfield, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, Stockton, and Manteca.
