BIOLYPH is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team.This is a full-time, long-term position with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour, a 4 day work week, and excellent benefits.Production Associates support BIOLYPH's business model by performing detailed packaging activities for our Clients' IVD/RUO products Effectively, Efficiently, and Economically in a controlled manufacturing environment.The role requires sustained attention to detail, adherence to work instructions, and collaboration with team members.This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy precise, hands-on work, value quality and consistency, and are interested in building a stable, long-term career.New employees typically require significant training to become fully proficient, making this position ideal for candidates seeking ongoing employment rather than short-term work.This is a primarily seated role involving repetitive, detail-focused tasks.Essential Functions:Attend daily meetings and follow production schedules.Perform packaging activities from product entry through exit of the packaging suite.Conduct bin checks to identify non-compliant product.Ensure packaging supplies are properly stocked.Count, prepare, and package product for shipment.Accurately complete required documentation.Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures.Maintain a clean, organized work area.Interact with coworkers in a respectful, team-oriented manner.Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Effective communication skills.Comfort performing repetitive tasks with sustained focus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:The following requirements are essential to the position and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:Ability to perform precise hand movements and manipulate small components.Ability to visually inspect very small items and distinguish product features as required by work instructions.Normal vision acuity and ability to identify and distinguish colors (with or without corrective lenses).Ability to remain seated for extended periods.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.Ability to bend, reach, crouch, twist, and push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally.About BIOLYPH:Established in 1993, BIOLYPH is a dynamic, World-Class Contract Lyophilization and Component Packaging Service Company located in Chaska, Minnesota.Facilitated by the win-win relationships created with our Clients, we have continually experienced year-over-year growth.With the support of Management, BIOLYPH has maintained a workforce that is collaborative and innovative.BIOLYPH Offers:Competitive pay commensurate with experience 4 day work week Comprehensive benefits package including:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays (including Floating Holidays and Paid Birthdays) 401(k) Frequent company-sponsored events Clean, friendly, and collaborative work environment.
