Production/ Warehouse 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm- 6am We are looking for Production/ Warehouse candidates for a agri- technology company located in Fairmont, MN.Key Functions:Weighing, mixing, and packaging of products in accordance with established quality control procedures.Maintain and clean production facility.Ensure safety of plant and equipment.Responsibilities:Properly weigh, stage and mix ingredients per the formula issued by the Nutrition Department in accordance with established quality control procedures.Primary function in the operation of the mixing and packaging equipment.Proficiently operate the process control computer.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the production facility.Operate dispensary station terminal.Operate the mixer and packing lines.Neatly palletizing and stacking bags.Forklift Operation.Utilize safety equipment as required (dust masks, hearing protection etc).Learn and become proficient in all areas of production within the facility.Work overtime as assigned.Maintain an attitude of flexibility and cooperation.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Ability to bend and stoop frequently, squat, crawl and climb steps and ladders.Ability to reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel, balance, and push/pull occasionally.Ability to frequently lift, drag, pull, carry and palletize up to 75 pounds.Ability to identify specific ingredients based on product labels.Compensation & Benefits $18.50 -20.50 Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid every Friday Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available Medical Coverage-Access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage For more information, call or stop by our office today.Our job is to get YOU hired (and it's free!) 209 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont, MN 56031 (507)399-2027 www.aventure.com #FM Job Types:Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:$18.50 - $20.50 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
