Production Coordinator

Production CoordinatorAmerica's Home Place is currently looking for individuals to meet the fast-paced demand of the custom home market.Individuals need to be energetic, friendly and extremely customer service oriented.Must be comfortable answering phones, helping customers, and working with Trade Contractors.We need individuals that want to be part of an awesome team environment! Daily Tasks Include:1.Primarily responsible for the day to day clerical and administrative operations of the production department2.Serves as a liaison with settlements, AR, AP, estimating, sales, trade partners, suppliers3.Organizes paperwork and other office procedures and maintains files4.Orders and stocks office supplies5.Assist Project Managers while they are in the field6.Billing and Payments7.Helps with permitting with local counties, as needed8.Working with Lenders to close construction loans and request draws for homes under construction NOTE: Full-time Benefits VacationJob Type:Full-time Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
