THE JOB Production Coordinator for the DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. Support role for producing live concert events. Assisting the production manager with the process of advancing and producing shows in our region. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Production Coordinator for the DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. Responsible for assisting the Production Manager with administrative and logistical show and event production tasks. • Coordinate and manage personnel, including runners, catering assistants, and backstage assistants. Responsible for petty cash distribution, reconciliation, company card usage. Coordinate local ground transportation. Maintain and submit casual labor timesheets. Coordinate limited aspects of food and beverage with local/touring caterers. As
