Job Description
Baku Solutions is seeking a dependable and highly organized Production Coordinator to support daily kitchen operations, production planning, and operational systems. This position will help ensure smooth day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, growing food production environment. Responsibilities: Assist with production planning and daily prep coordination Print labels and organize production documentation Support inventory tracking and product organization Maintain prep lists, production schedules, and operational systems Assist with packaging, labeling, and kitchen organization Support overall kitchen operations and team coordination Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment Dependable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working hands-on in kitchen operations Food service, production, catering, or kitchen experience preferred Experience with spreadsheets, inventory tracking, or production systems is a plus Schedule: Hours will vary based on production schedules, catering events, and operational needs. Weekend availability is required.
