Job Title: Production Crew Member – PASHA Boston (Icon, Venu, Hava Nightclubs) Location: PASHA Boston – 100 Warrenton St, Boston, MA 02116 Pay: Starting at $120 per night Hours: Typically 9:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Shifts may vary based on event schedule) Job Type: Part-Time About PASHA Boston: PASHA Boston is home to some of the city's most iconic nightlife venues, including Icon, Venu, and Hava Nightclubs. Known for their electric atmosphere, world-class events, and top-tier entertainment, PASHA Boston sets the standard for nightlife in Boston. We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Production Crew and help ensure that events go off without a hitch. Position Overview: The Production Crew Member will be responsible for supporting the technical and operational aspects of events at PASHA Boston's venues. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about live events, sound, lighting, and multimedia production. You will work with cutting-edge equipment to help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the nightlife and live event production industry. Key Responsibilities: Lighting: Operate and maintain DMX lighting fixtures during events. Visuals: Use Resolume software to control and manipulate LED screens and visual effects. Sound: Set up DJ equipment and microphones, adjust levels on the soundboard, and ensure high-quality audio throughout the event. Assist with general production setup and breakdown, including sound, lighting, and video equipment. Ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly before, during, and after events. Troubleshoot any technical issues quickly and efficiently during events. Help maintain a clean and organized production area. Collaborate with DJs, performers, and event staff to ensure smooth operation during events. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience with lighting, sound, or AV equipment is a plus but not required. Skills: Comfortable working with DMX lighting systems. Experience or willingness to learn how to use Resolume software for LED screen control. Basic understanding of sound equipment, including microphones and soundboards. Availability: Must be available to work during high-demand periods, including Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day . Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
