Production Engineer Job Category: Production Engineering Full-Time On-site Greenfield, IN 46140, USA Description Essential Duties - include the following. Partner with Aoyama Seisakusho group of companies to provide products and manufacturing processes to support the North America fastener markets. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs and equipment. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), process simulation & data analysis tools. Experience with Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Develop and manage process documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and process control plans. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and deliver technical training to technical and non-technical Team Members. Support problem investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Includes use of poka-yoke devices. Initiate, justify, budget, implement and manage capital projects Support manufacturing process design, equipment selection, capability validation and process maintenance activities. MS Office proficiency – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Other duties may be assigned.
