Production Floater - Manufacturing AssemblyMinden, NV$20.00 - $22.00 per hourFull-Time Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We are hiring a Production Floater to support multiple areas of our manufacturing and assembly operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and staying active throughout the day.You will assist where production needs you most to keep workflow moving efficiently.Job Responsibilities Assemble products and sub-assemblies (closures, guides, valves) using hand and power tools Build pump flanges, ball valves, and isolation couplings to support production flow Perform visual inspections to ensure quality, fit, and finish Assist with TIG welding support for valve production Accurately enter completed parts into inventory systems using a tablet or computer Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices Qualifications 2 years of previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Ability to move carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs Strong attendance and punctuality Why Work With Us Full-time, steady schedule Hands-on manufacturing experience Opportunity to learn multiple production functions Supportive team environment Apply today to join a stable manufacturing team where your work directly supports production success.#INDHP Pay:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s):Do you have experience working in manufacturing in the last 2 years?
