A Production Plant Lead ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of precast concrete components.They manage the daily operations of the production plant and lead the crew to meet goals.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and schedule production crews.Production Oversight:Manage the daily flow of casting, stripping, and finishing.Quality Control:Ensure all pieces meet project specs and company standards.Safety Management:Enforce safety compliance and maintain a zero-incident culture.Resource Planning:Monitor raw materials and maintain machinery/formwork.Documentation:Track daily production logs and material usage.Required Qualifications Experience:3years in precast concrete or industrial manufacturing.Leadership:Proven track record of managing crews of 3employees.Technical Skills:Ability to read shop drawings.Physical Ability:Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.Pay:$20.84 - $23.34 per hour Work Location:In person.
