Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products.The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with advanced manufacturing equipment, and a commitment to safety and precision.This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing facility dedicated to excellence in production.Duties Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.Set up machines according to specifications, including adjustments and calibration using precision measuring instruments.Perform routine inspections and quality control checks to maintain product accuracy.Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, including materials handling, and packaging of finished products.Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, machine settings, and quality checks for compliance and continuous improvement.Conduct basic maintenance on machinery.Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to safety protocols.Skills Experience operating industrial equipment and machines.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues efficiently.Must be able to stand for your shift.Must be able to move 40 pounds.Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, packaging, and materials handling.Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations related to machining tolerances, and process adjustments.Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment with a focus on safety standards.Strong understanding of quality principles for quality assurance purposes.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Work Location:In person.
