Production Machine Operator

Help wanted at our expanding wholesale greenhouse operating the ISO planting robots.Will also help in all other production positions as time allows.Must be able to trouble-shoot problems, follow a very specific process, and work with others in an efficient manner.Prior experience operating factory machinery is preferred.Normal work schedule is M-F 8-5, but the ISO machines operate two or three shifts creating flexible hours.Some Saturdays included from February through March during peak Spring season.Must be self-motivated and like working with plants.Training provided.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Profit sharing Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
