Production Operations Specialist — Textile Restoration Who We Are Recovery Cleaners is a Michigan-based restoration and dry cleaning company serving insurance carriers, adjusters, and homeowners through some of life's most stressful moments. We specialize in soft contents and textile restoration helping families recover their clothing, shoes, and fabric items after fire, water, and smoke damage. We're growing, we're expanding into Ohio, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. The Role We're looking for a sharp, motivated, people-oriented team player to work directly alongside our Production Manager as a Production Operations Specialist. This is a high-impact position for someone who sees the big picture, thinks about efficiency, and genuinely enjoys helping a team succeed. What You'll Do Be the right hand to our Production Manager across all departments — dry cleaning, laundry, shoe restoration, scanning, and pack out Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and help implement real solutions Jump in wherever needed to keep production moving smoothly Support crew coordination and scheduling Oversee quality control across departments Occasionally support road crews on first assessments and field jobs Help build and scale operations as we grow into new markets Who You Are: A big picture thinker who naturally spots problems and fixes them Positive, empathetic, and motivating, someone the team genuinely enjoys working with Flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves in any department Detail oriented and organized Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just fill a seat Skills That Will Set You Apart: Experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or large scale textile operations Understanding of garment handling, fabric types, and cleaning processes Ability to read a production floor and identify where things are slowing down Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with basic computer systems for scanning and inventory tracking Experience coordinating crews or scheduling Ability to communicate clearly and positively with team members at all levels Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Compensation: $45,000 base salary Location: Michigan — with occasional travel to our Ohio location Pay: $45,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
