Production Operator

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be quality and process driven, with a strong attention to detail, and will play a key role in supporting our production goals. Responsibilities Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilising hand tools to complete the job Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor. Qualifications Ability to read and write to GCSE C Grade or equivalent Experience in conducting quality checks. Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience working in a team environment. Quality and process driven with strong attention to detail. Physically fit for manual handling and repetitive tasks. Ability to read and interpret numbers, drawings, and technical documents.
