New Start Pay: $22.50/hour + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule) $23.50 at 90 days + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule) $24.50 at 1 year + $0.75 schedule premium (just for 2-2-3 schedule) Main Responsibilities: Set Up and Operate Machines Follow Specification for Insulation Wire Inspect Finished Products and Testing Maintain Work Area Clean Comply with PPE and Safety Requirements Responsible for producing insulated wire, including loading and unloading reels manually; stringing up machines; setting machine and take-up controls for proper operation; ensuring proper chemical flow; troubleshooting machine and quality problems.
