We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates who share our core values of teamwork, dedication, and quality craftsmanship.Now Hiring:Large Value Stream Operators Starting Pay:From $17.00 per hour (higher for screen printing experience) 2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday 3:25 PM - 1:30 AM $2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts What You'll Do:As a Large Value Stream Operator, you'll be part of a team-oriented production process, with opportunities to preform various functions:Printing Laminating Die-cutting Inspection & Packing We use state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly equipment to produce high-quality overlays, decals, nameplates, roll labels, and more for the OEM and POP markets.What We're Looking For:A team player with a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and cross-train Ability to work independently and problem-solve Why Join Empire?
