What You'll Do:As a production crew member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of performances and events at our venue.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with on-stage and backstage operations during performances and rehearsals.A1, A2, LD, Rigger, Deck, Wardrobe, Stage hand Operating follow spots (spotlights) as needed to enhance the visual impact of performances.Collaborating with the technical team to ensure smooth transitions and timely cues.Maintaining a safe and organized backstage environment.Supporting performers, crew, and other staff in creating memorable experiences for our audiences.What We're Looking For:We're seeking someone who is:Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment.Able to follow directions and work as part of a team.Physically capable of handling the demands of backstage work, including lifting and moving equipment.Passionate about the arts and live performances!
