Production Packaging & Labeling Associate Position Type:Part-TimeSchedule:Tuesday-FridayStart Time:7:00 AM Position Overview Crumb City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Packaging & Labeling Associate to support our bakery operations during morning production hours.This role is responsible for bag sealing and labeling fresh cookies, operating and maintaining label printers, assisting with bakery cleanliness, and helping keep production running smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities Arrive and be production-ready by 7:00 AM Tuesday through Friday Bag, seal, and accurately label all cookies on bakery racks Print required product and shipping labels using bakery printers Troubleshoot minor printer issues, jams, and label alignment problems Maintain organized packaging and labeling stations Clean bakery pans, trays, and production equipment as needed Support overall cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery environment Follow food safety and labeling procedures carefully Assist team members with additional production tasks when needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Dependable attendance and punctuality required Basic comfort using printers and production equipment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous bakery, food service, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required Ideal Candidate You take pride in organization, cleanliness, and accuracy.You enjoy routine, moving quickly, and helping keep operations flowing smoothly behind the scenes.You understand that every sealed and labeled product represents the Crumb City brand.Work Environment Fast-paced bakery production setting Early morning start times Repetitive hand motions and light lifting required Team-focused environment with growth opportunities Pay:$15.16 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
