Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Packer to join our manufacturing team.In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products in accordance with quality standards, ensuring that all items are prepared for shipment accurately and safely.The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, familiarity with packaging procedures, and experience working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production process while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance.Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble and pack products securely for shipment Follow detailed packaging instructions to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) Inspect finished packages for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling Utilize forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the production area Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station to promote safety and efficiency Assist in inventory management by accurately recording packed items and reporting shortages or discrepancies Support assembly processes when required, contributing to overall manufacturing workflow Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production targets and quality standards Qualifications Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and basic machinery Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and quality assurance processes Experience using forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in packing procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting If you are committed to precision, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today.Join our team as a Production Packer and help us deliver high-quality products that meet industry standards.Pay:$19.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Referral program Work Location:In person.
