OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Packer to join our manufacturing team.This role is essential in ensuring that finished products are accurately packed, organized, and prepared for shipment.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of assembly lines and or manufacturing lines.Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with warehouse operations are highly valued to support efficient packaging processes within our manufacturing facility.Duties Pack finished products accurately according to specifications and quality standards Assist with the line process by packaging ice for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure safety and efficiency Inspect products for defects or damages before packing Collaborate with team members to meet production standards Follow safety protocols at all times while handling equipment and materials Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly lines is a plus Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly throughout the shift Prior experience with manufacturing processes is desirable This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team dedicated to producing high-quality products efficiently.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) 4% Match Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
