About the Role As a Production Planning Specialist, you will serve as the central hub for managing the lifecycle of complex component refurbishment. You will leverage your expertise in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling to ensure seamless operational flow, driving efficiency and meeting critical customer delivery timelines. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end intake process for returned components, ensuring rigorous verification and accurate system documentation. Develop and execute dynamic production schedules that optimize capacity, material availability, and labor resources. Act as the primary liaison between production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate operational risks. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent, real-time updates on order status and lead times. Manage inventory integrity within ERP systems to ensure precise tracking of refurbishment throughput and backlog metrics. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data to refine scheduling strategies and reduce turnaround times. Required Skills Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Strong proficiency in ERP and MRP software platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage complex shipping and receiving workflows. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
