PHA Michigan LLC is seeking a Production Quality GP-12 Operator to join our team on 1st shift (6:00a-2:30p). The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing products to ensure quality of component production. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review all products for nonconforming parts. Maintain proper counts and complete work sheets correctly. Report all scrap or rejected material. Assist the Team Lead in achieving schedule requirements. Use and read measuring equipment as required, includes gauges, rulers, calipers, strip gauges and visual aids. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES All the above functions require varying degrees of independence, judgement, and discretion and the ability to be mobile within the work area. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous assembly or production experience preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
