Production Scheduler The Production Scheduler is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules to ensure products are manufactured on time and according to customer demand. This role coordinates closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly. Are you looking to make a career change to a stable company? Compensation Full benefits package Competitive salary Responsibilities: Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and capacity Adjust schedules as needed to address delays, shortages, or changes in demand Coordinate with production supervisors to communicate priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts Monitor material levels and work with purchasing to ensure required components are available Track work orders, lead times, and progress to ensure on‑time delivery Update ERP/MRP systems with schedule changes, work order status, and production data Prepare daily/weekly reports on schedule adherence, capacity, and production performance Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline scheduling and production flow Qualifications: Experience in production scheduling, planning, or coordination in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and basic understanding of material flow Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and adjust plans quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools Ask for Jasleen jasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.com Ajulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
