Spray Line Operator / General Labor - 2nd Shift Shift:Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Pay:$16.85/hour We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for General Labor / Spray Line Operator positions.All new hires are brought in under a general labor classification and cross-trained in multiple areas of production.In this role, you will begin by learning the powder-coat spray line process, with opportunities to transition into additional production duties based on company needs and your performance.What You'll Do Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating Prepare materials for the spray process Monitor the production line and ensure smooth workflow Perform basic quality checks and inspections Assemble and pack finished goods Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift Willingness to learn multiple areas of production Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Apply Stable 3rd shift schedule Opportunity to learn multiple production roles Hands-on training provided Room for growth within the company #Angola.
