Must be at least 18 years old to apply At Back Roads Granola, we're a family-owned business -- and we make it our business to treat everyone here like family.We care about quality, consistency, and customer service, and we make sure to add a good dose of fun into the mix too.We are currently seeking Production Team Members to join our Brattleboro facility.This is a hands-on, physical job in a fast-paced food production environment with many moving parts.If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be a great fit for you.What to Expect This role is physically demanding:you'll be on your feet for your entire shift, regularly lifting bags up to 60 lbs, pushing/pulling racks weighing up to 350 lbs, bending, reaching, and moving quickly between tasks.Production involves multiple steps -- from mixing and baking to packaging -- and requires focus, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep everything running smoothly.We offer a 90-day training program to set you up for success.During this time, you'll learn all aspects of our production process with the support of experienced team members.Essential Job Functions Prepare, bake, package, and box granola according to company standards.Operate ovens, mixers, fillers, dishwashers, and other production equipment safely.Lift and carry 60 lb bags and boxes of granola.Lift and pour 22 lb ingredient buckets into mixers.Push and pull racks and carts weighing up to 350 lbs.Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas.Follow all safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills & Qualities We Value Physical stamina and ability to keep pace in a busy production environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work as part of a team.Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and computing yields.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.Time management and ability to meet production timelines.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $16.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Brattleboro, VT (Required) Work Location:In person.
