Seasonal Trunk Production Specialist Department:Production Reports To:Supervisor Job Type:Full-time Seasonal with potential to hire on full-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Hours:40 per week Location:In person - Boyd, WI 54726 (must be able to reliably commute) Job Summary:The Seasonal Trunk Production Specialist is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for building high-quality camp trunks and keepsake storage trunks from raw materials to finished product.Using power tools, saws, and manual assembly techniques, this position plays a direct role in producing the products our customers depend on.The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with tools, and can maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Trunk Assembly & Construction:Hand-assemble camp trunks using power tools, saws, and fasteners.Cut and shape materials including plywood and thin steel sheets.Apply tongue-and-groove construction techniques for durable builds.Install hardware, latches, handles, and finishing components.Quality & Efficiency:Inspect your work for quality and consistency throughout the build process.Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.Safety & Workspace:Follow all safety protocols when operating tools and equipment.Maintain a clean, organized workstation.Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:No prior manufacturing experience required - we provide hands-on training.Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands (or willing to learn).Strong attention to detail - quality matters on every trunk.Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment.Self-motivated and able to maintain a steady, efficient pace.Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.Work Environment & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay.Consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week).Potential to hire on full-time for strong performers.Hands-on training from day one.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
