Position Overview: The Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues. Work Location: This is an on-site role. Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $68,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily activities such as inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work to ensure productivity and efficiency. Manage operational budgets and meet customer requirements. Training & Compliance: Ensure staff complete necessary training (e.g., OSHA compliance). Maintain records for audits (OSHA, customer, and others). </
