About the job Production Supervisor Job Order - Production Supervisor (ID1) Position: Production Supervisor Agency: Alltex Personnel Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour Location: (Insert location) Shifts: Rotating - 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes Language Requirement: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily machine operations to ensure production goals are consistently met. Troubleshoot equipment issues and verify proper machine setup before and during operation. Monitor product quality and complete all required QA documentation accurately and on time. Train, coach, and assign employees based on skill level and competency. Maintain full safety compliance, enforce safety procedures, and report any incidents immediately. Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal departments. Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Prior supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
