ECHO Incorporated is looking for a Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Assembly area, ensuring production goals related to safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved. This role provides leadership, direction, and development to Group Leaders and team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Immediate interviews will be offered! The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience and qualifications. This opportunity is on 2nd Shift! ECHO’s benefits include: 11 paid holidays Extremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) 5% 401k match Tuition reimbursement Annual performance bonus Climate controlled environment - heat and air conditioned facility Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of Group Leaders and production employees Ensure production goals for safety, quality, and output are consistently met Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to monitor operations and address issues in real time Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Lead and promote a safe work environment and reinforce safe behaviors Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Monitor production schedules and reports; address variances to maintain efficiency Identify and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.) Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees Manage employee performance, coaching, corrective actions, and documentation Collaborate with Supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Report equipment or process issues and submit work orders as needed Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations Qualifications: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Production or Assembly environment Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong leadership and employee development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to drive accountability and performance Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED required Additional technical or leadership training preferred Equal Opportunity Employment: We are an equal opportunity employer.
