About The Role The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to manufacturing personnel to produce high quality products for our customers. Responsibilities include direct management of production personnel, fulfillment of the production schedule, and ensuring quality compliance. Provide operations expertise to the supervision and support of manufacturing personnel to achieve New Product Development, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Compliance and Operational metrics. Supervise the activities of employees in the production area. Ensure that daily production schedules are met, manufacturing procedures are followed, and all production personnel are trained in those procedures. Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees by following company policies and department guidelines. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO Supervise production personnel and activities to consistently meet customer requirements across commercial products, new product introductions, and clinical builds, ensuring every output supports high-quality patient outcomes. Lead the team in achieving production goals across Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost, fostering a results-driven environment that balances operational excellence with smart, forward-thinking decision-making. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and respect by promoting an injury-free work environment, maintaining high employee morale, and reinforcing adherence to standards and best practices. Ensure full compliance with quality systems (FDA, GMP, QSR, ISO), product specifications, and company policies, upholding integrity through disciplined execution and transparent management of non-conformances and corrective actions. Continuously challenge processes and team performance to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions, encouraging innovation and calculated risk-taking to improve outcomes. Establish clear performance expectations, drive accountability, and recognize contributions, fostering a collaborative team environment built on trust and shared success.
