Location: Madelia, MN Salary: $50,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually Description If you’re a seasoned USDA production leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments, this role puts you at the center of a major ready‑to‑eat/ready‑to‑cook meat operation. Compensation & Perks Earn up to $80,000-$85,000 total in your first year, depending on experience Relocation assistance: Moving expenses covered + 30 days of temporary housing Excellent benefits Stable, growing company producing high‑demand RTE/RTC meat products What You’ll Do Lead and supervise 30+ hourly employees on the night shift Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations Guarantee USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas Follow QA guidelines to deliver high‑quality finished products Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources Report directly to the Shift Superintendent What You Bring High School Diploma (Degree a plus) 3+ years in a USDA processing facility (further processing or RTE experience strongly preferred) 2+ years as a Production Supervisor USDA experience required HACCP experience required (Certification a plus) Union experience a plus Why This Role?
