What We Offer Competitive base salary + annual bonus program Comprehensive medical coverage (HSA/FSA options available) Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options Retirement savings plan with company contribution Paid vacation and company holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition and fitness reimbursement programs Employee referral program Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities Exposure to impactful projects within a growing organization Key Responsibilities Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Execute daily production schedules while maintaining strict quality standards Collaborate with leadership to oversee facility cleanliness, sanitation, and safety programs Supervise seasonal sanitation teams during peak production periods Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP regulations, and internal quality programs Develop and maintain production workflows, processes, and system documentation Provide hands-on leadership and direction to production staff to drive performance and efficiency Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible to support a multi-shift operation, including weekends and holidays as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google tools, Adobe, and web-based systems Prior leadership experience preferred; production experience not required (training provided) Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required Compensation Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
