Job Summary As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing activities to support production. This position involves managing a team of technicians, handling a variety of different projects simultaneously and ensuring success of day-to-day operations at Key-In Center and MFG Training. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong technical capability and possess customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication. Must be data driven and possess strong project management capabilities to support production needs. The responsibilities also include collaborating with internal and external customers to coordinate and execute events such as customer visits, audits, PR events, corporate functions, or other gatherings. Essential Functions The Production Support Engineer will perform various duties, including, but not limited to, the following: Team Lead & Process Management Direct and lead a team of technicians to carry out activities associated with Key-In Center and MFG Training team Duties include but are not limited to managing clean room operation and material management, auditing, training related activities, enforcing protocol, conducting fab tours, and event planning Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of team members Co-work with Human Resources on recruiting
