We want you on our team! We are seeking qualified team members to help us manufacture an industry leading paper board product.We work Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts.We have several roles on our production team.Your potential role will depend on your prior work experiences, knowledge, and skills.RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the production of industry leading Packaging Components Must follow established standard operating procedures and work to meet all score card metrics, (Safety, Quality, Production and Waste Management) Complete all required documentation Responsible for material handling and product segregation Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping of work stations Read tape measure and measure up to 1/32 Perform in a safe manner abiding by all safety rules and guidelines And perform other job-related duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Be over 18 and legally able to work in the United States Must be able to read and understand English written job related written forms and instructions Must be able to satisfactorily and clearly communicate orally and in writing all job-related information.Must possess adequate visual & auditory acuity to safely perform job duties Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, successfully collaborate with co-workers, production leaders and other employees Must be physically able to lift and handle objects and/or materials weighing 75(+) lbs And must be able to safely climb stairs, reach, bend, push-pull, walk, handle & use job related tools.Job Type:Full-time Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule:10 hour shift Day shift Night shift Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to Commute:Stephens, AR 71764 (Required) Work Location:In person.
