Production Team Member

Custom Apparel & Embroidery We are a growing custom apparel company looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. This position involves operating commercial embroidery equipment, preparing garments for production, inspecting finished products, and helping complete customer orders on schedule. No embroidery experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Learn and operate commercial embroidery equipment used to produce custom apparel Prepare garments, thread, backing, and materials for production Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Trim, fold, organize, and package completed orders Keep workstations clean and organized Work with the production team to complete orders on schedule Assist with general shop and production tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to stay productive and focused throughout the workday Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/products as needed Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or apparel experience is a plus, but not required This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays focused, and takes pride in quality and consistency What We Offer Full-time consistent hours On-the-job training Team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Clean and organized workspace Pay based on experience.
