Production Team Member Location: Perrysburg, OH Pay Range: $15.00 per hour Shift Structure: 12-hour shifts; 2-2-3 rotating schedule (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on).Day Shift:6:00AM-6:00PM Night Shift:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Core Function The primary responsibility is to safely operate specialized equipment and manage materials to manufacture high-quality photovoltaic solar modules.This is an entry-to-intermediate level role that involves both automated machinery and manual quality checks. Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain tools/machinery used in the production of solar panels (from submodule assembly to finishing). Quality Control: Conduct basic quality inspections, monitor process data, and interface with factory computer systems to ensure modules meet defined SPC (Statistical Process Control) limits. Inventory & Material Handling: Load/unload solar modules as needed to support line rate and ensure proper inventory levels at the point of use. Communication: Provide detailed hand-offs during shift changes to ensure continuity between crews. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 3months of general work experience is typically preferred. Competencies: Safety First mindset. Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Ability to use mobile systems and simple software interfaces. Critical thinking and basic troubleshooting skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or sit for the duration of a 12-hour shift . Frequent lifting of up to 37 lbs ; occasional lifting/pushing up to 58 lbs . Must be able to distinguish between colors (Red, Yellow, Green) for safety and quality signaling.
