Production Team Member - Night Shift

Diamond Electric gives top priority to trust from our customers and focuses on superb quality.We conduct business activities and product development that are unified with our philosophy of valuing the working of life.Diamond Electric pursues the happiness of all team members and builds a caring and prosperous society based on mutual trust.DEMC is an EEO Employer, Disability and Veteran.All selected candidates will be referred to a temp agency and will be assigned to Diamond Electric for a specified period of time (approximately 30-90 days) and then will be eligible for review to be hired into Diamond Electric directly POSITION OVERVIEW Completes winding, kitting, assembly, testing, potting and packaging processes according to established operating procedures by performing the following duties.JOB DUTIES: Complete and follow all proper pre-op, start up and shut down procedures based on specific Work Instructions for each machine Complete daily reports Feed raw materials into production machinery Assemble goods on production lines Monitor the production process Carry out basic quality and testing checks Pack goods to be shipped Maintain work areas and equipment Adhere to all safety guidelines and proper PPE Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications: Strong work ethic and organizational skills Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs Able to lift 25lbs, Bending, Kneeling, Overhead reaching, Pushing and Pulling Job Type:Full-time Pay:$14.07 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
