BEPC has an open position for a Production Tech - 2nd Shift in Temecula, CA Pay Rate:$18.55 - $20.55 per hour based on experience (Paid Weekly) Term:12-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance Shift:2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Mon - Thurs Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Requirements:HS Diploma or GED / Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production preferred Job Description:The Production Worker - 2nd Shift performs manufacturing and production tasks in support of daily operations.This position performs the same duties as Production Technicians and works primarily during second shift hours.The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, including sophisticated grinding machinery, performing inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Moderate supervision is provided.Key Responsibilities:Perform production activities both inside and outside of a clean-room environment Operate, monitor, and assist with basic setup of sophisticated grinding equipment Inspect parts and/or finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Accurately read, follow, and maintain production and quality records Maintain all documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures at all times Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or deviations to supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision Work Environment & Physical Requirements:Work is performed in both clean-room and non-clean-room manufacturing environments May require standing for extended periods Ability to handle small parts and operate machinery Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required USOPS Job Types:Temp-to-hire, Contract Pay:$18.55 - $20.55 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Manufacturing:1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:Temecula, CA 92591 (Required) Work Location:In person.
