Join a growing advanced manufacturing team where you'll help produce high-quality materials used across multiple industries.If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team--this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.Available Shifts 1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift:2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift:10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay:$24.00 - $26.50/hour DOE Shift Differential What You'll Do Operate manual & semi-automated production equipment Start up, shut down, and monitor production processes Perform in-process quality checks Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues Follow preventative maintenance procedures Safely move materials using industrial equipment (forklift, etc.) Track inventory and production materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with solid communication skills Work Environment Lift up to 60 lbs Work in hot, cold, dusty, or wet environments Climb stairs and occasionally work from ladders Why Apply?
